2. Digital Product Sales Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the software license is issued and delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned. Replacements will be made incase of any defective license
3. Cancellations
3.1 Order Cancellations Before License Delivery: If you wish to cancel your order before the software license key is delivered, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to process the cancellation and provide a refund if applicable.
3.2 Order Cancellations After License Delivery: Once the license key has been delivered to you, the order cannot be canceled or refunded due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery.
4. Incorrect or Defective License Keys
If you receive an incorrect or non-functional license key, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement key or resolve the issue promptly.
5. Refund Process
